Shipping Policy
We are dedicated to getting your package to you when you expect it. To ensure adequate delivery time, please use the guidelines below. If you must receive a package by a given day, you may also call our customer service center for help in choosing a ship method.
Standard Shipping
Orders reach you within 10-12 business days of our receipt of your order.
Rush Shipping
Orders reach you within 4-6 business days. Please add $6.00 to Standard Delivery charge (see chart below.)
Express Shipping
Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET reach you within 2-3 business days.
Please add $11.50 to Standard Delivery charge. (see chart below)
Overnight Shipping
Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET reach you within 1-2 business days.
Please add $21.25 to Standard Delivery charge (see chart below.)

For all Express and Overnight Orders:
You must provide a telephone number , and a signature is required at time of delivery.
NOTE: Express and Overnight orders can only be shipped to STREET addresses (no PO boxes, APO/FPOs.)
AK, HI, PR please add $10.00 surcharge to the Rush, Express or Overnight rate. (Phone number required.)
All firehouse cookbooks are shipped standard ground unless another shipping option is selected at the time of order. All prices reflect a 25% discount plus shipping and handling charges to give a final delivered total.
Please use the following guide to determine the number of books ordered and what your delivered final cost is. As noted above, using another shipping option will increase the delivered cost of the books accordingly.
Appropriate sales tax will be charged additionally at 8.25% for books delivered in New York State.
